We appreciated the location near a beautiful beach with lots of little shops. The hotel staff were friendly and the games room entertained us during evenings in.

The breakfast offering didn't live up to expectations.

this place does not have double beds in the complex and this is not very good for a couple they said we had to put the beds together but they only had bed linen for singles

The pools were great

The room was not cleaned and towels were only replaced a few times. The staff was not helpful, especially with the help of transportation. The elevator did not work always, at least not to our floor. You have to pay to be on sun beds by the pool

After reading all the comments on Booked.net before I went I was dreading what was ahead of us. I have to say we ended up having the best family holiday ever. We spent 2 weeks in this hotel and went on the b&b basis. Breakfast was lovely. Would be best though not to book the breakfasts till you get there as we missed a lot of them. The apartment itself was very basic and when we saw it first we were a little bit disappointed- although spotless, it was just a little tired looking and dated. Once we had our few things around and unpacked it was grand. We did not use the cooker once as it is so cheap to eat out. There are only 2 rings and no oven or grill so not much you could do really. We had to hire a kettle, safe & the tv. If you build it into the cost of your holiday it might not annoy you so much...we had to buy rope & pegs from the supermarket also to make a clothes line - so be prepared to buy a few necessary things.. Beds were great - firm but that’s how we like them. The staff were always friendly and professional on the desk and spoke great English. The pool was great for kids - a few uneven path edges etc... but you can get over that if you watch where you are going. The hotel is noisy - but only from all the children running around the place which is not such a bad thing when you have kids yourself. We had no bother at night time and didn’t hear any late night noise. This hotel is really best suited to families who want a cheap, cheerful fun holiday in an excellent location. Its only a stones throw away from the beach & string of restaurants and bars..

I didnt like that we had to buy a clothes line & pegs the apartment only had2 rings - no grill or oven. The sun beds & umberalls were a little wrecked.

There was a sunbed available. The pool is nice and big with loads of space around it. The hotel is very central.

The apartments at this stage have become very dated and old. They are in major need of a revamp. There was quite a lot of dirt in the pool everyday.

Had a great Easter break with my family. Loved the spacious pool that offered the perfect spot to soak up the sun, and the proximity to shops and restaurants was super convenient. What we enjoyed most was the variety of food offered. There was something for everyone, including fresh fruit and salad. Plus, the Easter egg hunt organized for the kids was delightful.

The rooms were in need of some refurbishing. The Wi-Fi was spotty, and we had to ask for fresh towels after a few days.

The towels were not changed often enough and there were three of Us in the room

I liked the bar entertainment at night. Its a pity there wasnt a kiddies club organised though as advertised. How and ever it was a very enjoyable experience.

Cheap and cheerful, but without the cheerful

No air-conditioning, smell in lifts, no kettle or other basic things in apartment. Towels were grey and raggy. Very noisy at night. No entertainment at night time for kids.

The only good thing about it was it was central to everywhere as regards bars restaurants and the beach was fabulous.

There was nothing I liked about the 'hotel'. I stayed there with 11 other family members and we all thought the same. There was 4 rooms booked between the lot of us, they were all in the same terrible condition so the hotal cannot say it was just a once off . We were over to attend a family wedding and all I can say is thank god the wedding was not in this place.

The room were not very clean,and the walls and ceiling in the bathroom were filty.

It's a nice place to spend a few days with the family, I stayed at a studio which I liked, the breakfast was good and the pool is very nice for relaxing.

The room wasn't very clean, specially the bathroom and renting the remote control at the games room isn't a good choice, Why not having it at the reception?

Começando pelo atendimento à chegada péssimo (o funcionario com quem foi feito o check in e out) educaçao/atendimento e desprezo pelo cliente; quarto sujidade ( certas coisas encardidas mesmo); equipamento escasso em muito mau estado e quase nao funcional; Por se tratar de uma empresa e me ter deslocado em trab com colegas, era do interesse do Hotel servir bem para garantir o cliente, coisa que esteve longe de ser feita, logo com isto perderam-se varios clientes frequentes, coisa que achei estranha tendo em conta a conjuntura actual.
